Homemade Coffee Creamer
Have you ever checked the ingredient list on the back of store-bought coffee creamers before? Oh. My. Goodness. Sometimes I cannot believe that I subjected my body to that many ingredients at one time! It is insane the extensive list of ingredients on most creamers, let alone the sugar content. Sometimes one serving of coffee creamer is above the recommended sugar intake for one day!
Coffee Cream Flavors
I'm getting excited just typing this! Playing around with different coffee cream flavors has become one of my new favorite obsessions! There are just so many possibilities and combinations! As I try more combinations, I will certainly add more to this list!

Basic THM Coffee Creamer Recipe
I know that this recipe seems like it makes a LOT. But that's part of the point! If you are drinking coffee every single morning, it makes more sense to make more than less! Maybe I should call this recipe the "Obsessed with coffee" recipe!
Most recipes that I've made an end with about three cups of liquid. That doesn't last awfully long if you are a bit coffee-obsessed like me! However, if you are looking for a smaller recipe amount, head over to TJ's taste. She has one of the best resources for homemade coffee creamer.
I personally have been buying boxed milk for this recipe because it keeps long. It is also cheaper than buying from the freezer section.
Recipe for Homemade Coffee Creamer
I know which question I'm going to get asked the most about this recipe! Where did you get your jug! Well, truthfully I don't remember. Here is an almost exact replicate from amazon though.
Ingredients for Trim Healthy Mama Coffee Creamer
The basic ingredients for this recipe are as follow:
- 64 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp MCT Oil
- ½ - 1 tsp pure stevia
- ¼ cup collagen
You certainly can play around with these amounts, but this is what I have found makes my coffee sweet, creamy, and delicious. If you find that a whole tsp of pure steiva is too sweet for you, cut it in half or even just ¼ tsp.
This recipe would taste great with herbal coffee recipes too. One of my favorites ' non-coffee' recipes is for Chicory Root coffee.
