What is Fruit of the Spirit Bingo?

Fruit of the Spirit Bingo is a faith-based twist on the traditional Bingo board game, using the Fruits of the Spirit instead of the classic numbers or classic first letter words. This fun activity is ideal for Sunday school, Bible study, children’s ministry, or even a family game night.

The unique bingo cards will feature cute fruit images, Bible verses, and characters from the Bible that demonstrate characteristics like self-control, kindness, peace, and love.

Like any other bingo card template, players mark spaces as they hear corresponding words read from a calling card.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Galatians 5:22-23 NIV

Why Use Fruit of the Spirit Bingo?

Teaching biblical concepts in a fun way helps kids internalize God’s truth in an engaging manner. It is a perfect activity for any setting, whether it’s a Sunday morning class, or midweek youth group, our Fruit of the Spirit Bingo is adaptable to a lot of situations!

I also love this idea because it encourages discussion. Teachers can ask open-ended questions after each round which can help players refer to Galatians 5! It can be a big hit with all ages! Both young children and older kids love interactive games.

Plus there is no special equipment needed. Just print on regular printer paper or upgrade to card stock for durability. We like to laminate our Bingo cards, but that is totally optional!
