8. Raising Boys to Men
This was my favorite read of 2024, and I know that it only applies to moms with boys, but I couldn’t help but put it on my gift guide. I’ve read a lot of good books on raising boys, but honestly because of the shortness of the chapters and the valuable insight that Durenda offers, this one tops out as my favorite.

1. Yoto Player
We have loved our Yoto player for personal use and school this year. It is an excellent way to hear stories without a screen. We originally got the larger version, but now also have the mini – which we like much better.

2. Jelly Blox
We saw these recently at the Cabels Santa Wonderland and were HOOKED! What an absolutely fantastic product. Great for lots of ages. My six-year-old loves them just as much as my toddler!

3. Lincoln Log Ranch Set
Wyatt has really started to enjoy building with Lincoln logs and this set caught his eye. You can bet it’s in the wrapping pile for this year!

4. Flying Orb
I’ve been seeing these on a lot of the major gift lists this year and for the record, we are having a blast with ours!

6. Indoor Basketball Hoop
In complete transparency, we haven’t purchased this one yet, but it’s on my ‘very possible’ Christmas idea list. I think the kids would love to have this downstairs, and I have heard great things about the quality of this one!

7. Coffee Maker
We’ve had a lot of fun with Wylder’s coffee enjoyment. Obviously, we don’t let him have it consistently, but everyone gets a kick out of how much he enjoys the taste of coffee. It’s at the point where if we leave a mug out with coffee in it, he will smell it out and down it if we’re not careful! So in honor of this, he’s getting his very own coffee maker this Christmas.

8. Angels on Your Side
This was not a book New Growth Press sent me for review, but one I thought might help our older sons think through fear, and I was right. By far it was the best New Growth Press book, we got this year!

My husband, Dan, got this in his BeeSpoke box this fall and I knew it was going to go on the 2023 gift guide. This thing is heavy, massive, sharp, and one of the more practical knives for hunters out there. It was perfect for when we butchered our pigs this fall.

The Brumate strikes again. If my guy goes anywhere he almost always has his coffee mug in hand. This Brumate keeps beverages warm for 24 hours!

Such a fun gift for any guy that has a lot of power tools!

1. Wooden Bead Garland
I was able to snag these at an after-Christmas sale a couple of years ago (2021) and I have truly loved the natural touch that they add to a Christmas tree!

2. Garland – Northfork Garlands
I don’t have the original link anymore for the garlands you see around my home. However, here is one from Afloral that is almost exactly the same plus here is a dupe from Amazon that I hear is amazing.

3. Simple Christmas Tree Mugs
I am a sucker for Christmas mugs. Dan is such a nice guy when it comes to Christmas. My Christmas present is always, ‘being able to do Christmas!’ However, I’m going to guess if there was one Christmas item Danny wished would go away, it would be my obsession for Christmas mugs. I probably need professional help on this one 😉. I’m in LOVE with these simple Christmas mugs this year and I certainly want a whole set!

5. Snowberry Wreath!
What sold me on this wreath was the gold bells in the middle. I have strung some little battery lights around the wreath and I love the outcome!

6. Oversized Taper
Another Hand and Hearth find that is incredible and beautiful! Perfect for over a mantle or as a table centerpiece.

7. Advent Book
Out of all the books New Growth Press sent me in 2024, this one was my favorite. The BEST advent book that I have picked up in a long time. Great for the two weeks leading up to Christmas.

8. Remote Control Tapers
I love these remote-controlled tapers that add such a delightful touch to any Christmas display!

9. Ribbon Holder
This one is actually on my wish list for this year. I always find that these types of things go fast, so I better get going on picking it up for my wrapping center!

10. Gold Bells
I am truly obsessed with the gold bell trend in the last couple of years. This pack of golden bells is decently priced and gorgeous!

10. Green Knit Speckle Pillows
This is another item on my ‘goal’ purchase list. I LOVE the green on these pillows and would love to snag two of them for my living room eventually. Don’t you just love the speckle? Leveling it up!
