Gifts for Her

The first gift list is curated for the homemaker and mom. These are items that I have used and loved over the last year that I believe would make a perfect gift for a woman in your life. From a book lover to a sourdough enthusiast, I think this list has a little of everything.

The Fruit of the Spirit for Moms Book – A beautiful devotional that encourages moms in their daily walk with God. Filled with devotions, recipes, and photographs from our 40 acres.

Vitamin C Serum – Because sometimes the best things come in small bottles. A great pick for beauty lovers who deserve a little glow-up after a long day. There is nothing like this on the market that I’ve ever found. Based on tallow and perfect ingredients. Get 10% off your order with the link below.

Bread Knife – Every homemaker or baker needs a good bread knife, and I waited too long before I snagged one! Practical, sharp, and a great gift for the woman who loves her kitchen.

Milk House Candle – A cozy scent can transform a room and make winter feel warm. Perfect for holiday season nights in. The Victorian Christmas is my favorite scent! They are also the only candles that I’ve found that don’t make me sick when I burn them. They have pristine ingredients.

Textured Kitchen Aid Bowl – A simple but stunning upgrade for her stand mixer — much fun for anyone with a new hobby in baking. This was a huge wish for me last year and my parents blessed me with it last Christmas.

Casserole Traveler – For the woman always bringing food to church, family gatherings, or potlucks — this one’s a lifesaver. When we had William, our church blessed us with a meal train, and one of the families brought a delicious casserole in this travel case. I was hooked! What a practical invention!

Family Birthstone Necklace – A meaningful gift idea that keeps her family close to her heart (literally). Unfortunately, my one-year-old yanked this off my neck and broke it, but it’s on my list to repurchase soon! It’s a beautiful keepsake for a mama!

The Heart of the Homestead Book – Perfect for a book lover or homemaker dreaming of slower, simpler living.

If all else fails, any of these would tuck beautifully into a makeup bag or gift basket for the best friend in your life.

Gifts for Him

Men can be tough to shop for, right? These best gift ideas are practical, thoughtful, and guaranteed to make him smile — even if he swears he doesn’t need anything.

Farm Hand Balm – A simple, affordable gift that hardworking hands will appreciate. With grass-fed tallow, raw beeswax, and soothing botanicals, it hydrates deep, absorbs fast, and holds up through real wear. The link below gets you 10% off your order!

Dewalt Radio – The perfect gift for the man who’s always in the garage or workshop. Loud, tough, and built to last. Dan has used his faithfully for the last three years, and it’s still going strong!

Grunt Style Hoodie – A cozy yet rugged sweatshirt that fits his love language of comfort and function. Many of Dans sweatshirts and t-shirts are from Grunt Style now.

Messermesiter Cleaver – For the guy who enjoys cooking or has picked up a new hobby in the kitchen. Dan has used this cleaver for butchering for the last couple of years, and it’s an effective tool!

Real Leather Gloves – Warm, durable, and classic — truly one of the best gifts for the outdoorsy man.

Poppy’s Little Helper Mug – We gave this one to my dad as a Father’s Day Gift. It’s really a quality piece and I love how easy it was to personalize. Great as a stocking stuffer!

Gifts for Kids

This year’s Gift Guide for Kids is full of fun, imagination, and creativity — the kind of gifts that make Christmas morning magical. From toys that teach to books that inspire, this list has great gift ideas for all ages. Plus, these are gifts that we have personally tested and LOVED!

Yoto Player – A screen-free audio player that makes storytime fun again! If you have checked out my gift guides before, then you are probably no stranger to the Yoto player because it’s made it onto my gift guides for the last three years!

Yoto Cards – Add new stories or music for hours of entertainment. A great stocking stuffer idea! I always do a Yoto card in my kids’ stockings! It’s something they look forward to each year. This year, we got the Story of Christmas, which was made by an independent creator. I actually talked to one of the creators, and they are so nic,e and their passion for telling Bible stories to kids is contagious! Dino Camp is another favorite Yoto card, which was also produced by an independent creator. Warning – Dino Camp holds to an evolutionary perspective.

Climb Ceilings Gecko – Okay, this one is just plain fun. A little toy that literally climbs walls! The best price I’ve found on these is from Target.

Printing Kids Camera – Let them explore photography with a camera that prints instantly. A new hobby waiting to happen. We got this for Westy’s 5th birthday, and it has been a HIT. The boys all use it regularly. Another one might just be in my closet for our three-year-old!

Poke Book – Great for toddlers and preschoolers who love interactive books. Our one-year-old is obsessed with these books.

Wooden Knife Set – For the little chef in training — safe, practical, and affordable gifts for pretend play.

Coloring Bible – Help them connect with God’s Word in a creative way.

Wild Faith Kids Devotional – A faith-filled devotional full of nature and adventure.

Sticker Paint Books – Keep hands busy during the holiday rush!

Watercolor Painting Books – For the book lover and creative who loves to color, paint, and create. We used these during our Forest Animal unit last spring, and I was super impressed with the step-by-step instructions that she gives for kids.

There’s something here for every personality — and they’re all great stocking stuffers or main gifts that won’t break the bank.

Christmas Decorations

Once the gifts are wrapped, it’s time to make your home shine. This season, add a few favorite gifts for your own home — because decorating can be part of your self-care gifts too!

‘Real Look’ Pre-Lite Christmas Tree – This tree looks so realistic and saves so much time during the holiday rush! I’ve wanted a ‘real look’ Christmas tree for three years, and this is the first year they have come down in price enough for us to possibly afford one!

Old World Art – Add a touch of nostalgia with classic winter artwork that feels warm and timeless.

Advent Blocks – This will be the third year we’ve used Advent Blocks for our Advent tradition, and we love it. The kids turn over a block each morning, and there is a kids’ devotional to go with the story. On December 25th, the blocks will unveil a special message. Read my full review here.

Remote Tapers – Battery-operated candles that flicker just like the real thing! Great for anyone with small kids or pets.

Simple Pillow Covers – I love pillow covers this time of year! It upgrades your pillows without breaking the bank. These simple ones I purchased last year, and they have held up wonderfully!

“Tully’s Christmas Mess” – A sweet children’s book that reminds us of the joy and wonder of the season — and a great stocking stuffer for little readers.

Gold Bells – These rustic gold bells add the perfect farmhouse touch to mantels, wreaths, or garlands. I really hope the gold bell trend continues for a while longer because I LOVE the look.
